How it works:

  • Press the button to activate the unit to place a call to our Care Center
  • A trained professional will answer over the base unit by calling your name and asking what type of help is needed
  • She/he will call the appropriate pre-programmed numbers i.e. EMS, family members, friends, police
  • If you don’t answer, EMS and other calls will be made on your behalf
  • Operates through your phone landline
  • System is monitored 24 hours a day 365 days a year
  • Designed to be used for any type of emergency – falls, illness, fire, break-in, etc.

  • Uses multiple cell networks
  • 24 hour battery backup with reports to care center if loss of power in your home
  • Base unit plugs into power supply

*The CELL requires a satisfactory GSM cellular network connection to operate as intended. Coverage may not be available in all areas and may change after system activation due to environmental conditions.


There is no equipment to purchase, no contracts to sign, and no cancellation fees.
Your unit will be installed by a trained technician and will instruct you on the use.
